Robbie, a very talented, aspiring 17-year-old singer, has grown up in one of the poorest, most crime ravaged inner cities: the 53206 zip code of Milwaukee. She dreams of going to Juilliard, but after her cousin’s murder she must decide whether to follower her dream or stay and help her community end the violence.
