The Hayduke Trail is an 800-mile route across Utah and Arizona. It's one of the most challenging hikes in America and most of the time there is no trail. The southwest is canyon country and it's extremely remote. Figure it Out is about more than just hiking though, it explains how we can use the lessons learned in the wilderness to live happier and more resilient lives.
